Meet the speaker & host:
Dr Narelle Tunstall
Empirical Research

 Narelle is passionate about supporting researchers, their projects and ultimately research outcomes. She has managed complex research projects including an ARC Training Centre, an NHMRC Centre for Clinical Research Excellence and a Commonwealth funded Collaborative Research Network but has also worked in a large, fast-paced research office during major grant rounds and has completed hundreds of grant reviews (both critical reviews and eligibility/compliance).

Narelle is a practical, perceptive and reliable research manager. But it is her enthusiasm for the research community that you will appreciate most. With a PhD in Genetics from Monash University and now several years of research operations, development and grant writing experience, Narelle seeks to continue her contribution to research by supporting your success. 

Narelle brings this wealth of experience to her research development consultancy with a focus on grant writing and career development for Graduate and Early Career Researchers.
